Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your reservation and payment with the ILSS Learning and Leadership Institute at least seven days before the institute starts to receive a full refund (minus a small handling fee to process your original payment).
If you cancel your reservation after this period (but before the first session), then you will be refunded your original payment minus a $100 service and cancellation fee.
If you attend the first day and are not completely satisfied with the Ivy League Study Skills Learning and Leadership Institute, we will gladly refund your original payment minus a $200 service and cancellation fee and will also cancel your reservation for the second day of the Institute. You must also return to your instructor, by the end of the Institute, all course materials and portions of the ILSS workbook that relate to the second day.
